In no event shall Apper ApS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Subscription Fees and Payment
Please note that the sections below will be applicable once the Service transitions to a paid model.

Payment Processing
Payments will be processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you will agree to provide Stripe with valid payment information and authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method.
Billing Cycle
Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable. Billing will occur on the same day each month or year, based on your subscription start date.
Renewals and Cancellations
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You will be able to cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support.
Changes in Subscription Plans
You may change your subscription plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
Refunds
We will not offer refunds for subscription fees, except at our sole discretion in exceptional cases.
Payment Failures
In case of payment failure, you will be notified and given a grace period to update your payment information. Failure to update may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.
